MY STORY

Hi there!

I’m Candace Schaddelee, and I run the cameras here at Rememory Photography. Up there^ is my sweet son Ezra, and hubby, Josiah. I love them lots.

I am a natural light wedding and portrait photographer from Texas. I love the sunshine here, but I have to admit that I love nothing more than curling up with a good book and a cup of coffee during a rainy day. Cliché, I know. I have a great love for my family, animals, music, and of course photography. In fact, if anything requires a bit of a creative hand, my husband, Josiah, and I are usually involved together with it.

I decided to start Rememory Photography when I fell in love with photographing weddings. I could have just as easily called my brand “Candace Michelle Photography”, but something about incorporating the word “Memory” just stuck with me. After all, isn’t that why we take photographs? To revisit our best memories?

Although I love weddings, I have recently branched out into similar types of photographic work. I currently offer event and other various types of portrait photography, as well as growing my product photography portfolio for businesses. I love my job with all my heart, and couldn’t see myself doing anything else.
